Refund Policy

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it. You must have retained receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds

Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item within 3 days.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your payment card (or original method of payment). The payment processing time will depend on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for payment for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
